At SŚAINT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original luxury box and shipping container to ensure the glass bottles remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping Labels

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
